I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tapper’s in Novi. Demerrin was incredibly welcoming, patient, and professional from the very first visit. He took the time to let me try on the exact configuration I was interested in and carefully noted my preferences. Throughout the process, he stayed in touch and made everything feel smooth and comfortable. When the watch became available, he reached out right away and made the pickup experience truly special. Tappers jewelry store was a wonderful experience. The people greeting you at the door are fantastic! The store is beautiful. The expert we had was fantastic. Connor was very friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

Matthew from Tappers in Novi, Michigan was incredibly helpful and informative. We were in town from St. Louis, Missouri for our son’s hockey tournament when we stopped in. Matthew and my husband connected right away, sharing their knowledge and passion for hockey, and of course for Rolex! My husband lost his father at the age of 8 and inherited a 36mm Datejust. He wore it throughout his younger years but eventually began searching for a 41mm version that would better suit his wrist size. Matthew placed us on the list, and a few weeks later we received his call. We were thrilled to finally obtain this special piece. Now we have a matching set, I enjoy wearing the 36mm, and my husband proudly wears the 41mm. Thank you so much, Matthew, for such a meaningful and memorable experience!

I want to say a massive thank you to Rhonda at Tapper’s in Novi! I walked in to exchange my David Yurman bracelet that I got for Christmas (it’s a cord bracelet) The first girl that I got immediately showed me cord bracelets and I picked one that I didn’t really love and I was going to buy it, then Rhonda came over! She could tell that I didn’t really love any of the cord bracelets. She took me to a new case where I got this lovely chain-link bracelet!! Absolutely obsessed with it. She was so sweet & even told me some cool facts about other jewelry brands I was checking out. Thank you, Rhonda!

I wanted to take a moment to share my exceptional experience at Tappers (Novi), where I had the pleasure of meeting Matthew and Elisa. They are far from your typical sales representatives; they are genuinely trustworthy advisors who I've come to trust wholeheartedly. As we all know, the wait for certain Rolex watches can be incredibly long, and some models are nearly impossible to obtain. However, Matt's honesty about the process and his commitment to making it happen for me, as long as I remained patient, was truly refreshing. During our conversation, Elisa joined in with her extensive experience and reassured me that they would both work on making my dream come true. Having them both consult with me provided immense peace of mind and hope that I would eventually get my watch. Though I left the store empty-handed that day, I felt great because of the exceptional service provided by Matt and Elisa. We had an amazing experience choosing and buying my engagement ring at Tappers! Marita was so calm, and guiding without pushing you in a direction. I went twice, and she listened to what I gravitated towards. Love my ring and I’ve already received so many compliments on it.
